Most software companies bury this page. We wrote it because getting a bill you didn't expect is the fastest way to lose your trust — and we'd rather keep it.
Every one of these is included in every plan, at no extra cost, no matter which tier you're on. There's no "premium" version of any of it.
These are the only things that can add to your bill. Two of them are pay-as-you-go, one is optional. Nothing here charges you unless you actually use it.
Your phone number is included. What carriers and email providers charge is the traffic that runs over it, so we pass that through with a small margin — no monthly minimum, no bundle you have to buy.

AI is off by default and costs you nothing unless you switch it on. We'd rather you added it deliberately than found it on a bill.

Your plan includes a monthly allowance — 15 on Starter, 40 on Pro, 100 on Elite. It resets on your billing date. If you have a big listing month, buy a pack. They don't expire.

Three agents, three very different months. This is the part nobody else shows you.
Usage draws from a small prepaid balance in your account that tops itself up when it runs low. You can open it any time and see every charge itemised — every text, every email, to the cent. There's no end-of-month surprise because you can watch it as it happens.
Yes. Set a limit on the auto top-up and it will stop rather than keep charging. Tell us the number you're comfortable with and we'll set it during onboarding.
Then your bill is exactly your plan price, every month, forever. Plenty of agents never spend a cent beyond it. Emailing is the only thing most people use, and for a normal database that's a couple of dollars.
Because AI genuinely costs money to run, and the honest options are to build it into everybody's price or to let the people who want it pay for it. We'd rather not charge an agent who never touches it for one who uses it daily.
The monthly allowance resets on your billing date and doesn't roll over. Credit packs you buy on top of that never expire.
We email you and give you a window to fix it before anything is switched off. We won't quietly disable your account or delete anything — you'll hear from a person first.
