The company is run by Carl Borey, a licensed broker who still works in the business. Every feature here exists because it solved a problem in an actual brokerage first, not because it tested well in a demo.
Most agents end up paying for a staging service, a CRM, a website host, a scheduling tool and an email platform separately. None of them share data, all of them charge monthly, and the agent becomes the integration layer.
We think that is backwards. The tools should do the joining up, and the agent should get their evenings back.
If a feature needs a training course, it is not finished. Things should work the way an agent expects on the first try.
We publish exactly what everything costs, including the parts that vary. Nobody should get a bill they did not expect.
