These terms govern your use of platinumproagent.com and the software provided through it, operated by Platinum Pro Agen LLC doing business as Platinum Pro Agent. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
Programme description. Platinum Pro Agent (Platinum Pro Agen LLC) sends text messages to people who have given express written consent. Messages may include account notifications, appointment reminders and promotional offers.
How to join. Consent is given by checking the optional SMS box on our contact form and providing your mobile number. The box is never pre-checked and is never required to submit the form or to buy anything.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for messages we send you; your mobile carrier may.
How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message. You will get one confirmation and then nothing further.
How to get help. Reply HELP, email [email protected], or call (760) 507-2057.
Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed.
Privacy. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
If you use our software to send email or text messages to your own contacts, you are the sender and you are responsible for having permission to contact them and for complying with applicable law, including CAN-SPAM, TCPA and carrier requirements. We may suspend messaging on an account that generates complaints or violates those rules.
You may cancel at any time. Your account stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and we do not refund the unused part of a term. We will export your contacts for you on request.
Monthly staging allowances reset on your billing date and do not roll over. Credit packs purchased separately do not expire.
You agree not to use the service to send unlawful, deceptive or unsolicited messages, to infringe anyone's rights, to upload content you do not have the right to use, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems.
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Parts of the service depend on third parties, including phone carriers and image processing providers, whose availability we do not control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost business or lost profits.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
We may revise these terms and will notify account holders of material changes. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
