Platinum Pro Agen LLC, doing business as Platinum Pro Agent ("we", "us", "our"), operates platinumproagent.com and the software provided through it. This policy explains how we handle your information.

Information we collect

Your name, email address, phone number and business details
Business information you provide when setting up an account, including your brokerage, licence number and business address
Photos and files you upload to use our services
Payment information, which is processed by our payment provider and never stored on our systems
Basic technical information such as browser type, device and pages visited

How we use it

To provide, configure and support your account
To process photos you submit for virtual staging and return the results
To send account, billing and service notifications
To send information you have asked for, which you can stop at any time
To meet our legal and accounting obligations

Text messaging and mobile information

If you give us your mobile number and check the consent box on our contact form, you agree to receive text messages from Platinum Pro Agent (Platinum Pro Agen LLC). Message types may include account notifications, appointment reminders and promotional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

All categories of the above exclusions relating to text messaging originator opt-in data and consent remain in place. This information will not be shared with any third parties.

Your customers' data

If you use our software to manage your own contacts, that data belongs to you. We process it on your instructions to provide the service, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to market to your contacts. If you close your account we will export it for you.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — hosting, email delivery, payment processing, image processing — and only to the extent needed to run the service. They are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and for as long afterwards as we are required to for legal and accounting purposes, then delete or anonymise it.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message
Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts
Ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing [email protected]

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it was last revised, and we will tell account holders before any material change takes effect.
